These are unisex fit shirts, embroidered tees, they are comfort wash, comparable to comfort color short sleeved, 5.5 oz, 100% cotton.   

Due to the density of the design, it'll look better and hold up best on the cotton tees or Gildan/Jerzee/Hanes sweatshirts.

Standard turn around time is 2 weeks on all items.

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items with any issues.

All items are custom, made to order, therefore they are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.

Once your order is placed, we do not cancel orders, so please make sure you are 100% wanting your items before placing your order.

Due to the many variations in screens, colors may vary from one to the next.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.

Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. Heart Hooked is not responsible for packages that are non-delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.
